Article: Trip to the desert of Mexico
Since I was
a child, I have been fascinated by animals. My mom used to watch wildlife documentaries, and
I found it captivating to see how the animals behave in their natural environment.
There are many types of biomes, each one with its respective flora and fauna, which
make them so fascinating.
Last summer,
I had the opportunity to take a trip to see wildlife for three in the desert
of northern Mexico, a place where high temperatures and water shortages can be
a problem for humans but not for animals. Mainly, the scenery was breathtaking, with huge golden dune, rocky cliffs, an endless blue sky, and a variety of cacti
that can survive in high temperatures were outstanding characteristics. Furthermore,
I saw animals like lizards running quickly over the hot sand, snakes slithering along the ground, hawks soaring in the sky, and even a desert fox, hunting thanks to
its speed and agility. Despite the intense heat was a challenge, the experience
was really good.
The wildlife
was incredibly resilient, and I was stunned how these animals could survive in such
a challenging environment. As someone who loves wildlife, seeing creatures
that survive in those conditions made me appreciate their strength and ability to
adapt.
